Unable to change IE's Proxy Settings

* regedit > HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion > rename Internet Settings
* regedit > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings > Permission > add Everyone with Full Control
* regedit > HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft > add new key Internet Explorer > add new DWORD value = Proxy, value = 0
* regedit > HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft > add new key Internet Explorer > add new DWORD value = Proxy, value = 0
* open IE and choose Run as admin,
* reconfigure proxy server and exceptions and tick to use Automatically detect settings
